I absolutely love coming to this gym! Everyone is so friendly and motivating which makes the tough workouts enjoyable. From the first time I came in I felt welcomed and like I was in the right place. This has been the most consistent I have been with any workouts and I love it! All the coaches are very knowledgeable, constantly making sure you are using correct form and pushing to be your best. I highly recommend joining the F45 family to help reach your health and fitness goals!

Joining F45 has been a fantastic decision! The workouts are definitely challenging, but allows for modifications which I love. Each session pushes me to my limits, but in a supportive and encouraging environment. The combination of strength training and cardio keeps things interesting, and I appreciate that the workouts change regularly to keep me engaged.

The trainers are amazing—knowledgeable and always ready to help with modifications if needed. Their support really makes a difference.

I wouldn't say I like big box gyms, but F45 GSQ is different-honestly. The class sizes at F45 GSQ are smaller, which creates a team atmosphere. I especially appreciate the coach's genuine concern for all of the students. They challenge but don't push or make you feel uncomfortable. The coaches also provide modifications and don't make you feel awful for using your body weight or lighter weights. No one is body-shamed. Positive vibes all around! I'm looking forward (I can't believe I said that) to my next workout.

I love this gym! I have been going since their soft opening, and it continues to be a workout that never gets boring. It is continually challenging, with every day being something new. The coaches are awesome and motivating and are always willing to help. It's easy to feel nervous or self conscious when you start going to a new gym, but everyone makes you feel so welcome here. The space itself is very open and has a ton of natural light, which makes for a really wonderful atmosphere to workout in. I can't recommend this gym enough- good vibes all around!!

I have been going to F45 GSQ since opening day. Previously I’ve done boxing and other gyms to stay in relative shape. F45 is far beyond any expectations that I had and I’m on the path to being in my best shape in years. The workouts are constantly changing keeping things fresh, while also being challenging for anyone’s level of fitness. The best part about this location are the coaches/trainers. They are so positive and motivating. They truly have your best interest in mind when it comes to helping you push yourself to higher limits and helping you to achieve your goals. I love this place and the F45 family.

This gym has been the best investment for my health….mental and physical! The owners, coaches, and the facility are top notch! I have found a great community and look forward to every workout. I have been part of the F45 Family (that's what we all become FAMILY) since the soft opening. I absolutely love it that I am part of the 4 am crew. I love that the workouts are never the same, 45 minutes (Saturdays are an hour), the coaches are amazing & very motivational. I have noticed changes in my body bc of F45 & it makes me challenge myself to keep doing better to get stronger & reach my goals. I highly recommend F45 GSQ to anyone..anyone can do it. If you have restrictions, they accommodate any workout for you. Try it for a week...you'll love it too & it's the best addiction to have!!!

I have always been pretty active, but really struggled finding a routine after I had my daughter. F45 has been the perfect solution for my busy days by offering classes as early as 4am that allow me to pour my undivided attention into bettering myself. The atmosphere is so welcoming, positive, and fun- it makes you look forward to the next class! The coaches make it a point to get to know you and prioritize your growth and wellness, even though that looks different for everyone. If you’re even considering trying F45_GSQ, do it! I think you’ll be happy you gave it a shot!
