I became the POA for my mother and I discovered, thanks to letters of intent to seize, that she had a rather large outstanding tax bill. She had not filed her taxes and had not paid them for some time. Dan was referred to me by my accountant. I was told he is the expert in this area of accounting. Dan has been truly amazing to work with. He was very organized, thorough and knew what to do and how to do it. He kept me informed during the process and I felt we were making great progress on getting my mother's tax issue resolved. His fees were very reasonable. I would recommend Dan Henn to anyone who is having tax issues and is having to deal with the IRS. Don't do that alone!! Get Dan on your side you won't be sorry!!

Dan is a great CPA who is very professional and helpful. In addition to tax preparation, Dan sends out a monthly newsletter to his customers with helpful financial tips. About two years ago, I recovered over $250 of missing assets from the state of FL based on an article in his newsletter. I just got a notice that more missing assets are waiting for me and I saved an additional $500 by filing for them myself instead of using an asset recovery firm to help me. Thanks Dan!

My mother had an issue with her taxes. IRS stated she owed a whole lot of money! I was lost on how to go about resolving this situation since neither one of us had that kind of money to pay back. I contacted lawyers and CPAs but none of the people I spoke to dealt with this kind of situation. I was referred to Dan by another CPA and I was so happy that I found him. Dan was very knowledgeable and he and his team communicated with me through the whole process He made a difficult and stressful IRS tax issue manageable!
