Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Asked a lot of pertinent questions about my hip pain. Asked how physical therapy was going and if I thought it was helping. Obviously she had read my chart sufficiently to know what Kerri had talked to me about earlier, and Nicole was able to step in seamlessly.
