Staff is really nice. And the establishment makes sure that every adult there is responsible for a child, and not allowing creeps to walk in. Safe environment. It is Arcadia, so expect the occasional brat and clueless parent. But nothing too bad. My son always has a good time with his friends there

What a great experience! It's so rare to get good service these days - especially from teenagers. My grandkids had the best time and Danny was so great with them. He interacted with them, was polite and respectful to me. So much fun. Thanks Danny!

What is worse than the bad experience and waste of money is the response (or lack thereof) from management. On the day after our visit. with the grandkids, I wrote to management directly through their website. I didn't hear back and then something prompted me on my email to write the review below. I called the trampoline place, was prompted to leave a message, so I did and referenced my review and the response and never heard back from anyone.

My husband and I brought our grandkids there and paid $16 each for their wristbands only to learn that it was a special fundraising day where 700 people arrived. We left as we didn’t feel it was safe (no additional staff was in sight)



Hello Jill, I went back and looked at what was happening on July 21st, the date of your visit. This was a slow Sunday and we only had 231 jumpers come in for the entire day. I also viewed the camera footage and we were fully staffed with court monitors at all the stations. i would love for you to give us a call and share a few more details about your experience so that we can address any concerns that you may have.

As a dad who usually takes the kid to KTR, I decided to try something new yesterday and took them to Altitude. What a fantastic experience! The standout feature of this place is undoubtedly the staff. Danny was unbelievable. He interacted with my kids in such a genuine way, making their experience incredibly fun. He gently encouraged them to try new things and was attentive, funny, and kind throughout our visit. My kid can’t stop talking about how much they want to go back and play with him.

The facility itself is clean, feels very safe, and is reasonably priced.- making Altitude our new go-to place. We’re even planning to get a membership. Thanks again for an awesome experience, Altitude, and a special shoutout to Danny for making it unforgettable!
