I came in about 15 minutes late to my appointment, and I was greeted by Ms. Rose who was very understanding and kind about the situation. I was still see taken in by the Medical Assistant Ms. Sabrina who was very kind, and nice while I waited for the Physician Ms. Grace who also very kind, sweet, and very empathetic towards the struggles I had with breathing. Amazing staff!

It’s been one month and a week since my procedure and things are going great. I can absolutely breathe better and instead of waking up at 3am – 4am every day, I’m sleeping until 6am-6:30am. For me that’s huge, because I know that sleep deprivation is one of the risk factors for dementia. I also have more energy during the day and when I'm running. You did a great job, Dr. Oberman, and your staff was fantastic. I’m so glad I had the ViVaer procedure done and that someone recommended you. Thank you for all you are doing for patients and giving them less invasive options before taking them to the operating room. I had another surgeon who wanted to take me straight to the OR and I really wanted to try this first based on the clinical outcomes in studies I read. You gave me your recommendation, my options, and then together we made a decision which was best for me and my busy schedule.

Experience prior to procedure: I had one of the best physician and staff experiences ever. Adam at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Tiffany the P.A. was incredibly knowledgeable and took time to explain my options. Dr. Oberman came highly recommended as one of the best in performing ViVaer procedures. He took time to explain the treatment options he recommends for my conditions and worked with me to make a decision to achieve my goals. Dan the practice manager came in as well to make sure I was happy with my options. Just an incredibly professional and caring team.

The entire experience I had with this office felt like a sales pitch for their surgery offering (with they had posters of on the walls). I booked an appointment with Dr. Bane as I had been experiencing sinus issues for a few weeks, but was seen by a PA. I was given what felt like a scripted overview of why I should buy their surgery by the PA, without suggestions of other alternatives foremost. I would not recommend, I consulted another medical professional and was informed this was not the right standard of care.

My visit was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Everyone was so amazing from the moment I walked through the door. Front desk were all smiles (we got a few laughs in) and so welcoming. Wait time was less that 6 mins. The nurses were so kind. Katherine Evan’s, PA was AWESOME! She was so patient with all my questions and concerns, so attentive, so kind, and made me feel so cared for. She walked me through everything and was so easy to talk to. Someone wrote in a review “ I was impressed with the level of detail that the Allergy Center could provide (CT-scan imaging, nasal exam imaging)”- I couldn’t agree with this person more. Allergy Center, you guys ROCK!!!! Such an amazing team!!!

First visit and was very helpful and informative about my longstanding sinus issues. Was able to see CT scan completed and Grace, PA explained everything related to my sinuses and conditions for next steps for my care plan. Everyone in the office was very friendly.
