First would like to say that he is amazing at working his magic for pain relief. He gave the best advice and I have been pain free for 5 months. I would love to return to his office only my insurance has changed.
He didn't rush the appointment and was very thorough.
I would like to say I was disappointed when the medical assistant wouldn't give me a copy of my work restrictions paperwork or a new letter that just stated I should not stand for extended hours and be able to sit periodically unless I made another appointment. I don't understand why there is a time restriction on a copy from your chart or previous appointment.
They didn't even speak to the doctor to explain as far as I could tell even though I was told they would.
My issue is it would cost me hundreds to come in for just the letter.
I feel the lack of compassion from supporting staff. The 1st call I made they were terribly rude and when I called back the day he was out for surgery to ask the medical assistants Deann's name and spelling I was chewed out by Pam.
I also would like to add a letter of a chronic condition and needs to protect is something that should be of permanent chart, not a privilege to obtain at a later date. I worked as a medical assistant for 35 years and always was able to provide a letter at request.
Again I'm not understanding the reasoning behind not being able to obtain the original letter from my chart since it only allows me to sit periodically during excessive periods of standing. The letter was not stated for a only a period of dates.

Atfer suffring from a freakish accident, I was referred to Dr Simsonson's office and couldm't have been treated any better. From the first office emergency visit, I was helped by Annabella, who talked to me and calmed my nerves, to the extremely competent and skilled Dr; Simonson, who performed the surgery. Every office visit following, my appointments were always on time, and the Doctor and nurse always had the time to not only examine my foot, but had the patience to answer any and all questions. I never felt rushed or that I was just in an assembly line.I am so ever grateful to Dr Simonson and his staff. Thank you.

This is my 1st ever google review. I have been going to Dr. Simonson for over a year but have recently been treated for a wound on my foot/toe. I am diabetic so it was rather severe. Him and his staff have been amazing through out my whole ordeal. I would recommend him to anyone.

Can't say he is a good doctor or not; however, his staff doesn't read anything in front of them. They just invoice and invoice and don't read any responses. Uncertain how this is a good business model.

In response to your inquiry:
I have received two more bills after sending the office two letters. I will send a third letter with the details attention to "(owner)" and request a USPS response that it has been taken care of. You've likely spent in postage what you claim was due to you.

One month later after posting here and mailing a letter about my mother's death, this office just keeps adding salt to a wound. Another invoice received in my mother's name. How many times did it take for you to update your system? Who do I need to speak to to get this resolved? Your rating is now 0. Epic fail at communication.

Dr. Simonson has performed two surgeries on me, and both were flawless, minimal post op pain. His staff is excellent and caring. I highly recommend his practice for any foot issues you may have.

I’m not a big fan of doctors and have had a few bad experiences in my life which have left me with a distrust of doctors but Dr Simonson is changing my opion of the medical profession.
He is incredibly knowledgeable and skillful but also truly cares for his patients. He is miracle worker in my eyes and I cannot thank him enough for saving my foot from amputation.
I do not think anyone else would have gone through all the effort he did in order to perform life changing surgery on me and it’s impossible to overemphasize how much he has done for me. Thank you Dr Simonson, you are a great man and surgeon. Thank you for your patience and care with me.
