The gym was clean and wasn't overly crowded. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. There wasn't one time during interaction did they appear to seem bothered by anyone coming to ask questions or anything. And my favorite part of the workout was that HYDROMASSAGE CHAIR that you have access to with the Black Card Membership. You may or may not feel it is worth it, but for me after not being in the gym for a long, long, long time it helped. When I got home there was no soreness or discomfort from the leg day I subjected myself to.

Very convenient for a daily use service ... nothing to complain about... showers... machines...equipments ...all is just as good as u want them to be . ...

10 usd for 24 hours ... can be used twice as well ...

The gym is clean and well maintained, and the staff is super responsive to questions and concerns.
Every other gym I visited in the area treated me like a sales target, (ie, didn’t listen to my needs, endless pitches about products and services I stated I didn’t want, eyeing me like I had disappointed them somehow) but the P.F. staff here seemed genuinely glad I had walked in the door.
It’s been a couple decades since I had a gym membership, and P.F. made it so easy to walk in and start up again.
My only complaint would be regarding the folks who use the gym as an internet cafe/cellphone parking lot and take up time on the equipment while checking email or reading Google reviews (So if you’re reading this review while you’re sitting on the leg press machine, I’m prob hanging around waiting for you to be done.).
This location has been a really excellent experience for me since joining a couple months ago. Thank you, P.F.!

First visit and won’t be returning despite it being the closest location to me. Not as clean as other planet fitness locations. Smells like sweaty gym socks, feels outdated, and the layout is just not as good as others locations such as the one in Surprise or the other one in Goodyear off of Litchfield.

Planet Fitness in Queen Creek AZ, customer service is very poor the manager there is a very unhappy person and she takes out her frustration of life on the employees and customers. I would not recommend anyone to visit or select that location. Until they hire someone new to run the business properly.

It's okay if you want to do cardio. Doing weights here can feel uncomfortable with all of the cardio equipment facing towards the weight training equipment. Loses an extra star because of their contract cancellation terms: You have to talk to them in-person to cancel your membership.
