I had an ear block, possibly still infected after antibiotics. I called Monday morning at eight, and got an appointment at nine-thirty. Wow, didn’t expect that! My physician's assistant was great. She quickly diagnosed my problem, explained it to me, cleaned out my ears, and put me on a treatment plan. I expected the remedy to take a couple of weeks or longer, but the next day I already felt better. I have been a patient of this practice for over thirty years. They’re great!

Dr Nikia Bridges and Amanda are an excellent audiology team. They take whatever time is needed to make sure my hearing aids are operating properly and are a good fit. I highly recommend them.

It was a delight to be greated by friendly staff at the front desk. While I waited quite a while for my appointment with Dr. Ahmed, it was worth it. He took the time to listen to me and asked a lot of probing quest to diagnose my illness. It's reassuring when you actually feel seen and heard by a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed.

NP Sharma was very nice.
The front staff was ok. However, there’s one heavy set lady. She is very disrespectful. I asked if insurance covers in full and her response was to roll eye/throw up her hands. Actually, she cut me off before even listening.
There’s a sign stating payment at time of service. So i wanted to be sure. They didn’t verify or say anything.
Needless to say, we won’t return here either.

I found the staff friendly. Clara is a kind, professional, and helpful PA with useful recommendations. Dr. Christopher Sinha is honest about results and options when a situation arises.The wait is pretty consistent with medical offices today, as there is a full schedule but my experience was about 10-15 minutes wait time. I will use them again.

Overall a good experience. Couple of minor things to consider: Let patients know when you are running behind. Wasnt seen unril almost an hour after my appointment. Also, receptionist shouldn’t engage if she’s not ready to assist (or just say, I will be with you shortly). Don’t ask me how you can help and then tell me to hold on. Very rude!

Excellent experience! Shama (sp?) physician’s assistant is very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. The medical assistant (I cannot recall her name) is terrific and very personable. It was an all around positive experience. Issue effectively resolved. Thanks!

This place is very disorganized. They don’t return calls and are completely disrespectful of your time. I had an appointment with the NP Clara to review my CT results. I called before the appointment to make sure they had the results. No return call. When I get to the appointment she said didn’t have my full results. Had she returned my call we could have determined this before I went in. Then, I had a follow up 4:15pm appointment and wasn’t seen until 5:25pm. When Dr. Ahmed finally came in the room he was clueless and couldn’t find my CT results disc that I dropped off to the office previously. Total waste of time. I would not recommend.
