To be honest I am pretty surprised at some of the bad reviews. My entire family went to Wintertime Wonderland last Sunday and enjoyed it! The decorations were beautiful and the staff/characters were super friendly! My granddaughter had so much fun and loved the train and carousel ride at the end. Of course there was a line but I though there was plenty to look at and took advantage of some great photo opportunities while we waited. You are able to buy photos at the end or take your own photos. It was well worth the 10 bucks per person!

Updated 4/9/23 They treated my Jason in the most kind awesome manner. I’ve been quite a few times since they opened. The workers, rides, decorations, layout and shows are wonderful. We love this place, I wish it was opened past the Christmas season. Five stars. They have reopened for the Easter season and it was just as fantastic. I am very thankful towards all of the staff especially Megan who is totally awesome and how she treated my son Jason. I had a five stars I’m still gonna give this place 10

This was a really enjoyable experience. Each section was decorated beautifully and the characters and photographers were super friendly. There were two ride attractions that were reasonably priced and the costs of the photos weren’t terrible and you can also take plenty of your own. Santa was very friendly and personable. also lots of things to buy and food available.

So awesome 2nd year going and I love the location at the Via aquarium much better then I believe it was the old Kmart in Latham last year. This year much more open not nearly as hot and crowded simply adorable well put together reasonable prices actually more then reasonable prices and everything down to the amazing Santa we had. He was the most genuine Santa one of the best I’ve ever encountered. His voice greeted us with kindness and compassion it was low and friendly just like you would imagine Santa’s would be he didn’t rush the kids to answer their questions just perfect Thank you Winter Wonderland we will see u next year!!!

I’ll have to give this place a 5 star because the whole staff is super polite & are very helpful at finding where Santa is & certain rides & it’s perfect for the kids & well worth the money & there’s so much to do, especially at how they have it so nicely decorated like your really at the North Pole & who ville & the fake snow is so awesome a lot of vendors to shop with & deff check out the entrepreneur who’s a 10-year-old girl were at her table she decks out crocs & has a bunch of jib-bits for both girl & boys & it’s so cutely decorated & she has business cards & it’s pretty & pink so yeah deff check go here it’s something your kids will remember for forever & this is coming from a father of 5 all under 8 years old they enjoyed every single bit of it!❤️?

I hope that they will come back there November. My child and I enjoyed the experience very much. We were at the site yesterday and it was empty, but it’s only October and I’m hoping that November will bring us some good news.

We came here for Easter egg hunt for kids, but all of the eggs were empty, though. There is an admission fee plus tickets for sale for the rides.
Would i recommend it? Mmm, not bad, but not great either.

We loved the Christmas wonderland theme. Everyone is so pleasant and nice. But false advertising for the Easter scravaganza hut. "Biggest Easter egg hunt in NY" My children were extremely ecstatic to search for eggs with other little ones. When we arrived, I asked a worker if and where they were holding the egg hunt as we followed a sign describing where it was being held. He said they couldn't have one because of regulations and said it would be a liability. I understand that aspect of it, but to tell a child they were heading into an egg hunt that wasn't even a hunt, was a little upsetting for my children. We would definitely go again for the experience. We just learned to withhold information from the kids until we have all the details pertaining the events. Thank you for holding something so positive and fun for these children! ❤️
